Rachel Steele is competing for the star spot as a newscaster at the city newsroom. Unfortunately, she has competition in the form of a devious blonde named Keri. Her rival doesn't intend to let the buxom redhead get the job, and she's hatched a plan to discredit and humiliate Rachel. While Rachel is giving a live broadcast, Keri has snuck under Rachel's desk, and proceeds to tickle the newscaster on live television. Rachel is aware that someone is tickling her soles, but she is on live TV and her career is on the line. She desperately tries to complete her newscast, as Keri increases her torturous tickling, sending the poor newscaster into fits of giggles and laughter. Once the newscast is done, Rachel plots her revenge. Humiliated before millions and fired by her bosses, she waits in ambush, catching Keri by surprise. Now, in her grasp, she treats the blonde to a taste of her own medicine, as she pressures keri to record a full confession of her underhanded actions. Keri resists, but the tickling is agonizing and Rachel is relentless. Finally, the busty blonde can take no more, and recants, confessing her misdeeds into Rachel's recorder. Evidence in hand, Rachel heads off to hand the recording to her former bosses, but not before leaving Keri with a little going away present of laughing gas, just in case Keri has any ideas about catching her before she delivers the recording.
