In the near future, a civil war has broken out between spankos. The governmental spankos, that want to control spanking with regulations. Then the resistance, that want to spank who they want, when they want. What would that be similar to? Perhaps the 'The Hand Man's Tale'? Yeah!...that's it! Joelle had an encrypted email intercepted by an agent with the Department of Spanks Hard Security. They do a lot of captures and punishments, with the intent of getting Intel about other resistance members. The cruel agent had just finished strapping and paddling Joelle in this clip and forces her to strip completely nude, to make her do chores with the promise of more punishments if she fails to do a poor job. The agent finds fault with her cleaning chores, and gets out a painful tube-cat whip. (I had designed this whip for just one shoot before. The complaints of how painful it was, caused me to hang on to it) Joelle is whipped hard with the whip and her reactions to the painful sting can't be improvised. After her painful and intense whipping, she is sent to the shower, where you get a delicious view of her freshly whipped bottom as the shower water glistens of her perfect body.
